For over a decade Pioneer Event Productions has worked with events throughout the Northeastern United States. Some highlights of our past work include:
Cycle-Smart International Cyclocross, Technical Direction 1997-Present
The CSI is the longest running UCI sanctioned cyclocross race in North America. They are also our longest standing client. Pioneer provides complete technical direction for the event, from course layout, construction and venue logistics to race day support. We also create a number of custom event solutions for Cycle-Smart, ranging from custom built course crossings to custom event signage and staff credentials.
The Nor’Easter UCI Cyclocross, Technical Direction 2010-2011
In 2010 and 2011 Pioneer along with Cycle-Smart created a top level UCI cyclocross race from scratch for the Nor’Easter Outdoor Sports and Music Festival. Working in a new venue each year we worked alongside our venue partners and festival organizers each year to lay out some of the most picturesque and challenging cyclocross courses in New England.
The Hot Chocolate Run to Benefit Safe Passage, Course Logistics 2004-Present
For the past 8 years we’ve been proud to work with this charity running event providing course logistic support and equipment rental. From construction of the venue to distribution and setup of the traffic detours we’ve worked alongside the event as it has grown from 400 runners in it’s first year to the 5500 participants this year.
